HUD Compliance
Open Path has been thoughtfully designed to be maximize usability, efficiency, and data accuracy. It includes the little things that help with HUD compliance:
- Auto-calculate Monthly Total Income
- Auto-calculate overall Disabling Condition, per HUD instructed logic
- Prevent exiting HoH without exiting other members
- Prevent overlapping enrollments for the same Client in one Project
- Allow filtering Client List to show all Clients with Annual Assessments due
- Display configurable warnings about common Entry Date mistakes, such as: Entry Date equal to DOB; Entry Date before HoH Entry Date; and more.
The system makes it easy for providers to identify:
